![]() Once again I got a hard pitch not to cancel, and to keep the products (at a discounted price). When I opened the box there was no return address label and no instructions, however, so I called again to ask for directions on how to properly return the box. During that call, when I told them I wanted to return the product immediately,I was told not to put "RETURN TO SENDER" on the box as it would delay my refund. The company informed they'd already shipped more product despite that my call should've given the company time to stop the shipment. As suggested, I paused my account instead, and everything was fine until I called to confirm that I had decided to cancel. By phone the company used pressure tactics to seek that I not cancel. ![]() I suspended my account and then called to cancel because the company will not allow you to cancel online. ![]() I retired from work and stopped needing them as often.
